There’s a new concept in on-site location credit unions: the eBranch. This small branch has computer terminals instead of people, with real-time web operators on the other end, standing by. To launch this idea, we took a “Sci-Fi” approach. This not only helped alleviate technology intimidation from users, but the light-hearted tone showed the audience the client is human, and not just a computer bank.
