When we look at this campaign, we want to escape to the great outdoors and leave our comfy down-filled pillows behind. This regional chain of outdoorsy sporting goods stores didn’t have a lot of money to spend, so we needed the work, to work overtime. We designed post cards and print ads to drive a strong retail offer while also being fridge or cubicle-worthy. This way we could make impact now, while prolonging exposure to the brand. We also tied in specific vendor merchandise to ensure co-op dollars and manufacturer support.
